Delivery fees

Delivery is not included in your SweetieBox Subscription. Courier fees vary depending on where you live. You can use the shipping calculator on your cart to see exactly what your delivery fee will be, but to give you an idea the costs work like this:
Johannesburg local Delivery – R36
National delivery (all major cities) – R60
Outlying areas – R125

We have a few couriers on our payroll, but FastWay is our preferred supplier. We like the way they work and find them awesome! Every now and then we might use one of our other couriers but you can generally expect to have your friendly local FastWay driver knocking on your door with your order.

Delivery time

All subscription orders are shipped in the first week of the month. We aim to ship on or before the 7th of the month. If you paid by credit card, you will billed on the same day that you subscribe every month. If you paid by debit order you will be billed at the end of the month.

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. We know what it is like to wait forever for your order and do our best to make sure you have your SWEETIES in your hands in no time.

Orders to Main centres are typically delivered within 1-3 business days once shipped. Outlying areas can take a little longer than that. If you have any questions please let us know!

P.O.Box delivery

Why would you want to do that to yourself? If you insist, let us know but please don’t cry if your order doesn’t arrive.

Tracking info

Once your order has been packed an processed we enter the shipping info into our software. As soon as the parcel has been scanned in at the depot you will receive a notification with the tracking info.

We also send out sms’s and emails to let you know your order is out for delivery, or if there are any troubles with the delivery so you can contact the courier to get to the bottom of the issue. If you have any concerns you can pop us an email too at support@sweetiebox.co.za

International Orders

Currently we don’t have international orders set up on the site for a number of reasons, mainly the logistics involved in shipping outside SA, but if you are outside the borders of South Africa, shoot us an email, we will be glad to do our best to help you out.
